1.The connecting shaft, hanger bearing device
and head to the tail bearing should be lubricated before operating.
2.Check the each joint, flange whether cracking
and open welding or not and whether the connection bolt are loose broken off.
3. If helical blades have rubbed housing
phenomenon, you must check the centerline of wear hanging tile and install whether
have the deviation.
4.Check the reamer in the daily operation, shut
down for inspection if there are some abnormalities.
